You never pay Grace With Care anything. Some providers pay us, in the ways listed below, and you deserve to know that before you choose. We tell every family in writing before we refer them.
Which providers pay us, and how

A placement fee is paid by the community, never added to your bill. A paid Verified page gets a fuller profile, not a better spot: it does not change which options we suggest to you.
How we choose the providers we work with
Every licensed provider can be listed, whether it pays us or not. Before we refer a family, we check the provider’s state license and, where it applies, its Medicare certification and public inspection record.
How we choose options for you
We match on what you tell us: the care needed, where, how you plan to pay, and what matters to your family. We share more than one option whenever more than one fits, and we never call a provider the best because it pays us. You are free to choose any provider, including ones we didn’t mention.
Our relationships with providers
Providers that pay us do so under the same written terms. If anyone on our team has an ownership interest in a provider we might suggest (one team member is a part owner of a hospice and home health company), we tell you in writing before referring you there, offer you other choices, and that provider never pays us.
What removes a provider
A lapsed or suspended license, serious inspection findings, complaints from families we can verify, or asking families for money in connection with our referral.
