Who we send your way

The families we connect with mental health partners

  • Parents of teens and young adults after a hospitalization
  • Adults with depression or anxiety that weekly therapy has not touched
  • Families looking for trauma, eating disorder or OCD specialty programs
  • People who need a step-down plan after inpatient psychiatric care
  • Families seeking a program that treats mental health and substance use together

Families always choose their own provider. We introduce options; we don't make the decision for them.

Mental Health partners: common questions

Do you handle crisis calls?

No. Families in crisis are directed to 988 or 911. We help with planning the next level of care once someone is safe.

Do you work with adolescent programs?

Yes. Tell us the age ranges you serve, and whether you offer academics or family programming.

How are introductions made?

Only with the family's or patient's consent. We share the details they agree to share so your admissions team can respond quickly.

In an emergency, call 911. For a mental health or substance use crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), any time.
